Where nature casts a spell, the wine has stories to tell.

We like to think that the magic of these places, from the Montello hillsides to the slopes of Mount Grappa, is infused into our Prosecco. It is as if that magic is encapsulated by our bubbles, every sip embodying the silence, the light and the soul of this wonderful part of Italy.

Our vineyards extend across an area that is highly suited to viticulture, where nature meets history, and time seems to stand still. From Montello to Mount Grappa, with great passion and respect, we grow our grapes on a land rich in traditions and values.

This is the birthplace of our Asolo D.O.C.G. Prosecco Superiore, in its Brut, Extra Brut and Extra Dry versions – every single one the fruit of painstaking hard work and a deep-seated bond with the earth.

Our
selection

The production zone for the grapes used to make our “Asolo Prosecco” D.O.C.G. (Controlled and Guaranteed Denomination of Origin) is located in the province of Treviso, in that hilly area located between the massif of Mount Grappa and the River Piave. Asolo Prosecco, the time-honoured Trevisan sparkling wine made from grapes grown on the hillsides on the right bank of the Piave, was awarded D.O.C. (Controlled Denomination of Origin) status in 1977 and D.O.C.G. Superiore (Superior D.O.C.G.) status in 2009. With around 500 hectares under vine, it constitutes a small, excellent cru within the panorama of Prosecco, being the fruit of a brilliant tradition and of a series of courageous choices.

It is worth noting that Asolo is subject to the most restrictive production regulations of all the Prosecco denominations, guaranteeing its quality, territorial identity and authenticity.

Calice prosecco Bianchin Montello

The green soul of prosecco superiore.

The Prosecchi Superiori Asolo D.O.C.G. wines made by the Tenuta Bianchin come from selected vineyards located in various highly suitable areas within the province of Treviso. The historic core is located in the heart of the Montello hillsides, behind an ancient, untainted, thriving woodland that is home to centuries-old chestnut and oak trees.

This quiet, fascinating place benefits from a truly blessed location. Exceptionally peaceful and quiet, the south-facing vineyards are constantly sun-drenched.

Over time, the cultivated area has been extended to take in Montebelluna and the foothills of Mount Grappa, where the microclimate helps to make the most of the typical virtues of the grapes.
